dB Architecture is a boutique practice providing professional architectural, general contracting, design, and visualization services. Established in 2021, our team brings over 35 years of combined experience in design and architectural practice.
We focus on architecture and design at all scales and contexts, working with cultural, residential, and commercial clients on everything from small interventions to larger master planning studies. We continue to promote design as a positive force in the world and look to use it to solve and evolve the challenges within our built environment.
Every project is unique and has different clients, users, budgets, contexts, and constraints. General Contracting & Construction
dB Architecture is a fully licensed and insured construction firm, licensed to operate as a general contractor on our projects. By operating as the general contractor on our developments, we bridge the critical gap between architectural intent and physical execution. Our construction team takes a hands on approach, managing everything from initial site preparation and complex zoning navigation to the coordination of specialized trades and daily site oversight. Because we build what we design, we maintain rigorous quality control, eliminate communication silos, and operate with an owner's mindset to ensure meticulous adherence to project schedules and budgets for both ground up builds and complex residential renovations.
Curated Interiors & Marketing
Our design sensibility extends from the exterior envelope to the finest interior details. Informed by over 15 years of experience in the high end New York City interior design industry, we ensure that the spaces we develop are highly tactile, culturally resonant, and meticulously tailored.
