A boathouse and guest pavilion set at the water's edge, replacing a failing 1950s structure on its original footprint. Dark-stained vertical siding and a standing seam metal roof recede into the shoreline, while a screened porch and continuous deck extend the living space out over the water. Below, two wet slips and a workshop are built on a new engineered pile foundation designed for seasonal ice loading.
